As the moon gradually obscures the sun on April 8, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the eclipse while surrounded by the serene atmosphere of our sanctuary. With sweeping views of Seneca Lake serving as a stunning backdrop, this event promises to be a unique and awe-inspiring experience for all. Come share in the wonder of nature and create cherished memories with our furry friends under the celestial spectacle of a lifetime! The eclipse will begin at 2:07pm when we will hand out eclipse glasses and make our way around the pastures to meet all the animals and learn their heartwarming stories. We will enjoy our our incredible view as the eclipse progresses, culminating in the total eclipse at 3:20pm ET viewed from our sheep, goat, and llama pasture. The eclipse will slowly wane and disappear at about 4:30pm.  You won’t find a more magical eclipse experience anywhere!
