Join U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Sweet Farm Foundation Co-Founder Nate Salpeter, Ph.D., in the latest installment of “Humane Planet: Thought Leaders for a Sustainable World" On Wednesday, July 13, 4:30–5:30 PM (PT) // 7:30–8:30 PM (ET), Senator Cory Booker, and Sweet Farm co-founder and climate tech advisor Nate Salpeter, PhD, will lead “Innovating our food system: Why it’s urgent now for climate, health and justice”. Salpeter will kick off the event with a virtual tour of Sweet Farm’s climate sanctuary and regenerative farm in Upstate New York and Senator Booker will follow with 30-minutes sharing his ideas about the need for innovation in our food system and the urgent implications on climate, health and justice.
